洪永昌因妒恨心上人Anna下嫁好友袁文卓，一时冲动，在刘伯帮助下 ，养鬼报复，欲利用鬼仔杀文卓及Anna，幸及时良心发现，救回二人。及後，鬼仔迷惑Anna，使她下嫁永昌，文卓大为伤心，而永昌亦从此被鬼仔控制，利用他杀人报仇。Anna发觉永昌行为怪异，带文卓见永昌，永昌不堪痛苦，向文卓求救，文卓感事态严重，向雄叔求助，雄叔曾学茅山术，遂向永昌施法，与鬼仔恶斗一场，终杀死永昌。Anna重投文卓怀抱，文卓却发现Anna行为日渐怪异，雄叔亦同时查出鬼仔已转投Anna身上，众人为救Anna，设计把她捉住，再追查幕後控制人物。。夏荞生日，谢临舟冒雪买蛋糕，却被她撞见抱别的女孩。她发现恋爱婚姻皆假。后来夏荞死在他面前，谢临舟发疯，将最爱女人推入深渊陪葬，二人之间究竟还有何恩怨纠葛？。Shrooms’ starting point is a scientific study in which the psilocybin of magic mushrooms is used for the therapeutic treatment of depression.
