安静的医院内，一名半百老人正向警察供述他日记中的罪行。老人名叫金炳秀（薛景求饰），童年时代的黑暗经历让他性格扭曲，当亲手杀死了禽兽父亲后，生活似乎朝着更好的方向发展，这让老金坚定了要除掉那些恶德之人的念头。此后的漫长岁月中，老金成为一名连环杀手，直到17年后一起事件他才被迫金盆洗手，以兽医的身份过活。只不过随着年龄增长，他又被诊断患有阿茨海默症。而就在这段时间，接二连三有尸体被警方发现，且作案手法与老金当年何其相似。大为惊恐的老金担心自己在失忆的时候重操旧业，于是尝试着写日记记录他犯过的案件以及近期所作所为。直到某天，老金遭遇举止诡异的青年警察闵泰柱（金南佶饰）。 从对方身上，老金嗅到了同类的危险气息……。A group of aliens has come to Earth to learn about its population, customs, etc. To avoid detection, they have taken on human form which gives them human emotions, physical needs etc. WITHOUT the understanding of what they mean or the inhibitions normally present in humans.
