The Ghosts, touched by Alison’s thoughtful generosity, are inspired to give her a special Christmas present in return – but with Alison due back in a matter of hours, can they pull off their ambitious plan in time?。魏莱自幼与父亲魏兴相依为命。由于过度操劳，魏兴患上癌症。为了给父亲治病，魏莱找到离的开母亲林卉，但却受到了外公的阻止。后来魏兴去世，魏莱心有不甘，去到林卉家做起了护工。日渐相处，魏莱明白了母亲对自的爱，逐渐放下仇恨。但没想到自己也患上了癌症。
