And, if war kills, can weed heal!。生活在藏地农区的小男孩旺扎想要一双能在雨天吧嗒吧嗒四处溅水的塑料雨靴。青海藏区的雨季到了，天气说变就变，同学们都有了雨鞋，只有旺扎没有，都快磨破的球鞋是他无论阴晴唯一的装备。 因为没有雨靴，邻居拉姆姐姐背着他过水塘，班里同学都笑话他，“害羞，害羞”；因为没有雨靴，又不肯把他唯一的“利器”上发条的铁皮青蛙给同学玩，旺扎被推入小溪里。他想让阿爸买，又不敢开口，腼腆而敏感，只好向阿妈呢喃，可是阿爸没有闲钱。阿爸将巴在稻田里辛苦，只为了赶上及时的雨水。 阿妈不惜用家里唯一的羊皮给旺扎换来了蓝色的雨靴，他甚至晴天也舍不得脱下，被体育老师数落。而本来应该换新镰刀准备丰收的阿爸也默许了。这时候天却一直旱着，旺扎希冀来一场酣畅淋漓的大雨，而阿爸却担心大雨会把将要收割的麦田冲垮。村里让喇嘛阿卡雪达尔施法挡雨，而旺扎、拉姆几个小孩偷偷藏起了阿卡雪达尔的木剑，一场暴雨似乎要伴随着旺扎他们欢快的脚步到来了……。
