The two barely have time to bond and revive family ties as Kate, the elder, meets a group of locals and agrees to an exciting ride on a hot air balloon. Their cell phones out of range...。物語は前編『イツワリノウタヒメ』エンディングの3か月後から始まる。回想シーンを除けばほぼ完全新作の作画によるオリジナルストーリーでクライマックスへと進行し、戦闘・歌・恋愛・謀略といった要素が目まぐるしく展開する。。
