TVB的藝員來自五湖四海，部分曾經在外地成長，或者去過不同國家留學、工作。大家前往旅遊的海外地方，隨時是他們年輕時的家園。陳凱琳、麥美恩、沈震軒、李施嬅、苟芸慧、麥明詩、陳庭欣、陳智燊、宋熙年、蔡思貝、王貽興、岑麗香十二位藝人，分別重返加拿大、英國、澳紐、日本，一連十五集實地回憶自己的成長日記。 每集藝人遊走昔日生活的場所，在故居、學校、上班地方與好友、舊鄰居、前同事、老同學聚首，甚至找回初戀情人話別往事。他們又推介私藏旅遊景點，在最熟悉的地方展露生活化的一面，讓大家發掘自己出道前鮮為人知的故事。一趟只憑回憶、毋須地圖的旅程，正式啟航！。The first 24 hours as an MFA.
