剧情接上部，约翰教授告知了朋友自己永生的秘密以后，又更换了新的身份和新的住所，开始了他十年一度的“迁徙”，不过这一次他仍然是个教授。约翰的学生从在他家里借来的书籍里发现了第一部中一个教授的亲笔签名和赠言，而书中的人物也和自己的教授十分相似，于是开始探索约翰的秘密。约翰的永生细胞也出现了细微的老化现象......。夏一凡（黄子腾 饰）是一位有梦想的副导演，一次偶然的碰面，邂逅了美丽的蒋晓丽（阴奕彤 饰），于是展开了追求。生活夏一凡带着蒋晓丽和死党沙天佑（王文 饰）聚会，谁知蒋晓丽和沙天佑竟是同学，才得知原来蒋晓丽是班上敬而远之的“母老虎”，一场闹剧就此展开……。A group of students who are participating in a university's summer science camp are drawn into an incredible quagmire of conflicts, ranging from the relatively simple conflict between an engaging and forthright young teacher and his older manipulative colleague, to a contest pitting political correctness against free scientific inquiry.
