In Washington he learns he needs the backing of a key congressman and gets that man to go west for an inspection trip. When the Congressman is initally unimpressed, Roy gets the inspection party stranded without water to show the true conditions.。「帰らないおじさん」は、“働き方改革”で行き場をなくした中年サラリーマンの実態を描くコメディ。“昭和的”な働き方が是正され、定時退社や長時間労働から開放された自由を手に入れたサラリーマンたちが、自由を謳歌する姿が描かれる。。
