She is exhausted, frustrated, and wants to go home to see her family. She plans a silent protest to not attend the graduation...。节目为国内首档热血竞技真人秀，会将人类历史中不同真实绝境抽象提炼成竞技关卡，由甄子丹发起号召，率领一众强者在节目中组成队伍、通力合作，不断克服极限绝境。这批来自社会各界的身心俱强者将在此面对挑战，完成“体魄、精神、人格”的全方位试炼。。
