This story is based where the skateboard culture is the most foreign, the Midwest. Derrick Cabrera, like all skaters, has a dream of being sponsored and one day going pro. He is an up and coming skater with all the talent but has the world against him. Parents, friends and schoolmates can't understand how Derrick has so much passion for something that has no future in their eye...。A.D.POLICEに勤める佐々木健児は、刑事としての腕前は一流だが他人とのチームワークが苦手で、しばしば相棒を事故に巻き込ませたり、同僚とトラブルを起こしていた。今回も相棒であるポールが仕事中に重症の怪我を負い、人知れず失意の中にいた健児だったが、突然ドイツの警察本部から異動してきたハンスとペアを組まされることになり…。。
