Her husband, her daughter and her nanny go with her, but once back on the island, the woman finds herself elevated by the l...。樱井广海（反町隆史 饰）曾是个成功的游泳运动员，且有望进军奥运会，却因为受伤不得不放弃运动生涯；铃木海都（竹野内丰 饰）曾是名企职员，且堪称业界精英，却因一次失误令公司蒙受损失。两个遭遇挫折的年轻人齐齐来到沙滩度假，入住同一家民宿。虽然都处在低潮期，但广海生性乐观，海都则内敛成熟，两人非常投缘，共同在海边的悠闲生活中找到大都市没有的淳朴和快乐，重拾对生活的信心。在民宿中，两人又结识了老板的孙女真琴（广末凉子 饰），三个年轻人，惺惺相惜的友谊，似有似无的爱情，终身难忘的回忆，不知不觉中，夏天就要结束了……。
