When he meets the woman shouting for him she fails to recognise him and continues calling until another man arrives and claims to be the Doctor and acknowledges the woman, Rosita, as his companion. The Doctor then attempts to help the newcomer lasso a man-size dog-li...。八岁的小男孩查理（Roméo Botzaris 罗密欧•波扎利斯饰）急切企盼圣诞节的来临，因为父亲皮耶（Vincent Lindon 文森特•林顿饰）答应送他一辆自行车作为节日礼物。但是当他好不容易等到父亲回家时，却发现他的礼物只是一架白色的飞机模型。父亲看出查理的失望，答应当查理生日时一定送他自行车。 不久，身为飞行员的皮耶在执行任务时不幸遇难，只留下悲伤的妻子凯瑟琳（Isabelle Carré 伊莎贝尔•卡瑞饰）和儿子查理相依为命。查理每晚抱着父亲送给他的飞机睡觉，希望以此能够与父亲更近。不过他却发现，这架飞机竟然能够自由飞翔……。
