农民三好（潘长江 饰）只身闯城市，只为寻找当年负气离家的妻子芙蓉，无意中结识美女甜心（邓紫衣 饰），他与好友小帅（王宝强 饰）、甜心一同结伴寻找。当初，芙蓉因赌气来到城市，不料被八哥（郭德纲 饰）开车撞伤，八哥将她救起后又给她做了面部美容，后来成了广告代言人和八哥的新宠，并给她改名胡月（许慧欣 饰）。胡月因车祸伤了大脑，原先的记忆丧失，当三好找上门相认，她已不认识三好。三好为了给她筹治疗费，参加了大胃王比赛。甜心其实是八哥的女儿，为使家庭破镜重圆，她极力撮合三好与胡月相认，而八哥知道后，不惜采取下流手段干扰三好的比赛......。Filming took place in Costa Rica, making this the first season of Paradise to be filmed somewhere other than Mexico. Wells Adams returned as bartender, and was joined by former Bachelorette Hannah Brown as co-bartender.
