The startled villagers decide to knock...。影片讲述主人公宁采臣为兰若镇教书先生，偶遇小倩被猎灵人追杀，小倩得宁采臣相救。宁采臣认为灵也有善恶之分，人灵是可以和平相处的。无奈灵界蛇灵姥姥意图复活已被封印多年的黑暗势力首领黑山，再次诛杀并统领人界，这无疑是一场人间灾难。宁采臣为保百姓不被生灵涂炭，毅然决定前往人灵交界处。。广州老城区一个有着四个儿子的大家庭，娶了天南海北的四个外地媳妇，由于生活习惯和文化背景的差异，产生了一系列的喜剧故事。这些喜剧故事无一例外都来自于生活，有着鲜活的时代特色，可谓是一部紧贴生活、反映时代现状的情景喜剧。。
