该剧改编自2002年委内瑞拉小说《Juana La Beltraneja》，讲述遵守外婆的话，在结婚前要保持纯洁的女主人公在定期检查时，由于医生失误突然怀上了财阀2世的孩子之后发生的喜剧故事。。狠辣女督察毛收得线报，欲拘捕进行贼赃交易的匪帮，却碰上匪帮内哄，贼赃更被大陆音乐家刘青云拾去。刘因利家当头，故知法犯法，收起赃物。黑白两道皆追查赃物下落，毛先找到刘，但刘扮失忆，毛遂把刘藏于家中，加以保护及医治。刘毛共处，初不咬铉，但因几次共渡意外后，误解渐释。后毛保护刘以至昏迷不醒，刘以音乐令毛苏醒，俩人关系更进一步，刘便交出赃物，让毛破案，匪帮杀手也在刘的演奏会上被捕。毛刘二人感情日渐增进，开始一段浪漫的爱情故事……。A clever fortune-hunter with a penchant for murder does in his elderly, supposedly rich, wife and manages to get away with it.
